Had a bit of a hiccup with my tankless water heater, and I gotta say, Seaside Appliance Repair in Long Beach came through big time. Found them online while frantically searching for tankless water heater repair Long Beach and they were the top pick. Couldn’t be happier!
Got a hold of them pretty quick and they were super understanding about my hot water crisis. Scheduled an appointment without any fuss. The tech, maybe named Jake or something (can’t remember exactly), showed up right on time — which is not something you can say about most places around here!
He took a look at my tankless water heater, probably a Rinnai or Navien (not super sure), and spotted the issue in no time. Explained the situation in plain English (you know, not all tech-speak, which was a relief) and got to work right away. In less than an hour, everything was back up and running!
